What is"NITTAN Challenge 10"?

In the automobile industry in which the Company's group may be affected most, in addition to the major trend toward the electrification and the EV shift, as well as the evolution in autonomous driving technology, a company's efforts toward sustainability including SDGs are becoming increasingly important.
In such environment, in order to secure the Company's existence value and vitality, we designed the Medium- to Long-term Policy up to 2030 in FY2019.

In order to achieve NITTAN Challenge 10 (hereinafter "NC 10"), aiming to build three pillars containing xEV parts business, we have already made a transition from the concept/planning stage to the execution one.

Overview of Development Items

The Company shall work on the development of further value-added products, without neglecting the technologies in existing businesses. At the same time, we shall make efforts diligently for the development together, aiming for realization of new business/new commercialization corresponding to the next generation. Vision X

Because of increasing importance of efforts toward SDGs and ESG, the Company started to work on markets and commercialization different from the main business in search of new partnership and identity. Regarding this as "pleasant development" among the items in NC10, we would like to make the corporate culture and the society richer by new "Creation and Challenge".
