Basic Policy: Devote ourselves to giving priority to quality, and meet clients' expectations

We consider that "quality" is the lifeline of the Company, a manufacturer, in practicing an approach to sustainability. As our basic policy for quality assurance, we place the great emphasis on "giving priority to quality". We aim for understanding the clients' expectations and needs for quality (product, delivery deadline, cost, and service), complying with laws and regulations, meeting certainly the clients' satisfaction, and fulfilling our social responsibilities. In addition, in order to realize this basic policy, we have established the quality policy, to promote our approach as the whole NITTAN group.

Quality Policy

All the employees shall devote themselves to giving priority to quality consistently, comply with applicable requirements as well as laws and regulations, and meet customer needs.
Establish and maintain the quality assurance system, to enhance it by continuous improvement.
Make efforts to cultivate human resources capable of challenge and creation.
Aim for creation of safe and comfortable workplace.

Quality Management System

Besides our own quality policy, the Company has constructed the quality management system based on the standards ISO9001 and IATF16949, to operate it.
In addition, because of the Company's global deploying of production sites, further ingenuity is required in the work procedure and its method. Therefore, regarding also the work procedure, we verify sufficiently the optimal work content and procedure for each production site based on the method in Japan, and adopt it.
